Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery treatments with precision and care.

Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental instruments, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly according to infection prevention management protocols.

Take high-quality dental X-rays and operate advanced medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA privacy regulations.

Follow strict aseptic techniques and infection control procedures to uphold clinical confidentiality policies and prevent cross-contamination.

Maintain dental instrument processing standards by cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing tools in compliance with dental sterilization procedures.

Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions to promote overall well-being.

Experience
Prior experience working in a dental clinic environment with exposure to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is highly preferred. We will train the right motivated individual who is eager and willing to learn. Spanish speaking a plus.

Hands-on experience with dental X-ray techniques including digital imaging and 3D scanning technology is advantageous.

Familiarity with infection prevention management practices including aseptic technique and dental sterilization procedures is required.

Strong understanding of healthcare infection control standards and medical documentation protocols ensures compliance with industry regulations.

Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment practicing four-handed dentistry are key attributes for candidates seeking this role.
