What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will support the doctor chairside and help maintain an efficient, organized clinical day, including:
Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Providing excellent patient care and building trust, comfort, and connection
Properly sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining sterilization logs
Cleaning and disinfecting operatories between patients
Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms with proper instruments and materials
Taking x-rays and impressions
Managing patient charts and updating records accurately (Dentrix or similar software)
Supporting the team in maintaining an efficient, on-time schedule flow
What We’re Looking For
Dental assisting experience (at least 2 years)
Current X-ray certification
Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control
Kind, friendly, patient-focused communication skills
Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a changing environment
A positive team player who is willing to help where needed
Experience with digital X-rays, digital scanning, and Dentrix is a plus
Most importantly, someone who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with the practice
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Thursday with alternating half-day Fridays
Schedule and hours may adjust based on practice needs.
