We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing practice.

Position Overview:
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support our dentists during clinical procedures, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure our patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC protocols
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Record patient medical and dental histories accurately
Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
Schedule appointments and assist with front desk tasks when needed
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Ensure compliance with all state dental regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of [Your State]
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
Radiology certification (if not included in RDA licensure)
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Monday–Thursday 8am- 5pm
Friday 8am -2pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
