Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Oasis Dental – Sugar Land, TX
Oasis Dental is seeking a skilled, experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing, technology-driven practice.
We are a private family office with 2 restorative columns and a strong focus on efficiency, organization, and exceptional patient care. We’re looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, proactive, and able to keep the doctor on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
Active Texas RDA license
CPR certified
2–3 years clinical experience required
Strong restorative assisting skills (fillings, crowns, temporaries)
Comfortable with digital x-rays
Ability to anticipate doctor needs in a multi-column setting
Positive attitude & team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
Same-day crown workflow
Implant procedures
Clear aligner workflow
Intraoral scanner
