Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Private Practice | Full-Time / Part-Time
We are a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice seeking a motivated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a positive, collaborative environment where team members support one another and take pride in their work.

Reliable, punctual, and professional
Friendly and compassionate with patients
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
Eager to learn and grow with the practice
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Sterilize and maintain instruments according to protocols
Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
Fabricate temporary crowns when needed
Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside manner
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Support front office or hygiene team as needed
Qualifications
Dental Assistant certification or RDA license (preferred but not required)
X-ray certification
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
