Dental Assistant / Surgical Assistant

Schedule/Hours:
This position is usually 5 days per week Monday-Friday. Schedule varies but usually between the hours of 7:00am - 5pm. Some weeks you will work a half day on either Monday or Wednesday for an admin day.

Job duties include:
Dental experience is highly preferred. Some medical or dental patient experience is required.

Patient care including assisting in surgeries and sedations, exams, taking vitals, (Experience with dental assisting is strongly preferred. Other patient care in a healthcare setting is helpful as well)
Sterilizing equipment and cleaning patient rooms
Taking x-rays (we can get you certified if you are not already)
BLS certification will be required, but can be completed after you are hired.

We are looking for a team-player who can handle a fast-paced environment, enjoys working hard, and is comfortable and friendly working with patients and other staff members.

Cross-trained to help with front desk, scheduling, and answering phones
Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted at our office on Thursday, May 28th. A few candidates may be invited to do a second interview that will be scheduled as a longer working interview. Please let me know what times and dates you have available for an interview.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
