Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to become a Dental Assistant while being paid!
This is an entry level position. We are willing to train an exceptional candidate. We will pay for your training to become radiology and safety certified through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB). This is a full-time position Monday through Thursday. Enjoy a four day work week with no weekends or evening hours.
We have offices in Plymouth and Laconia. This position requires travel to both offices.
Responsibilities:
Assist during surgical procedures, including preparation of treatment rooms, sterilization of instruments, and providing chairside assistance.
Record patient medical histories and ensure accurate documentation.
Educate patients on pre and post operative care instructions, answering any questions and concerns
Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate records once certified.
Maintain a clean and organized surgical area adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
