Job Description
Experienced Dental Assistant
Aesthetic Dental, Dentures & Implants is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated dental assistant to join our growing practice.
We are looking for someone who is confident working chairside, understands dental procedures, and terminology, and can keep up in a busy dental enviroment while providing excellent patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
Dental assisting experienced is REQUIRED. Applicants must have at least 5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
Candidates must have experience assisting with
Crown Preparations and deliveries
Implant Procedures
Dentures and Partial Dentures
Bridges
Restorative procedures
Dental Impressions and/or digital scanning
X-Rays
Sterilization and Infection Control
Treatment room setup and breakdown
Maintaining Organized operatories
Dental Material and Instruments

Able to anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures
Knowledgeable about dental terminology and procedures

Able to communicate clearly with the doctor, team members, patients, and dental laboratories
Willing to help maintain an efficient and organized clinical department
Punctual and reliable
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for preparing patients and treatment rooms, assiting the doctor suring procedures, taking necessary radiographs, maintaining proper sterilization protocols, managing intruments and supplies, documenting treatment information, coordinating laboratories cases when necessary, and helping maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that excellent dental assisting involves more than simply passing instruments. Our assistant should be able to anticipate the procedure, stay prepared, communicate effectively, and help create a positive experience for every patient.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday
8:00 a.m.-4:30p.m. (The latest 5:00 p.m.)
