Job Description
Our busy, modern dental office in Toronto’s west end is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing practice.
We are a large, collaborative office with both general dentists and specialists working together to provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and takes pride in maintaining high clinical and sterilization standards.
Responsibilities
Assisting general dentists and specialists during procedures
Maintaining impeccable sterilization and infection control protocols
Preparing and organizing treatment rooms and instruments
Supporting efficient patient flow and clinical operations
Assisting with orthodontic procedures when needed (experience is an asset)
Ensuring excellent patient care and communication
Working collaboratively within a large dental team
Qualifications
Dental Assisting certification required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Orthodontic experience is considered an asset, but is not required
Schedule Requirements
Evenings required
Some Saturdays required
