Experienced Dental Assistant – General Dentistry & Prosthodontics

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is dependable, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate is a skilled dental assistant with experience in restorative and prosthodontic procedures who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care while supporting our doctors and clinical team.
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
Assist the doctor during general dentistry and prosthodontic procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
Fabricate temporary crowns and provisional restorations (preferred).
Take impressions and assist with digital scanning (if applicable).
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and charting.
Manage operatory supplies and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked.
Work efficiently with the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required.
Experience assisting with crown and bridge, implants, dentures, and other prosthodontic procedures preferred.
Current Dental Assistant certification as required by state regulations.
Radiology certification required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinical setting.
Experience with digital imaging and dental practice management software is a plus.
