Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dental Assistant who is confident chairside, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and patient care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a key clinical support to the doctor while helping create a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a wide range of general dental procedures
Prepare and break down operatories in compliance with infection control standards
Take and process dental radiographs
Support efficient patient flow and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Educate patients on procedures and post-op care
Maintain instruments, supplies, and sterilization protocols
Contribute to a calm, professional, and friendly clinical environment
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
Current Dental Radiographer certification and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) credentials, preferred
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive
