About us
My Dentist Friend was founded by Dr. Hojin Kim, DMD, alongside his sister, Dr. Heejung Kim, DMD. As graduates of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, the siblings’ commitment to providing friendly, reliable care is reminiscent of their time in the “City of Brotherly Love”. Inspired by the camaraderie of this beloved city, Dr.Kim strived to create a dental practice where patients could rely on their dentists, trusting that time spent on a patient chair is just a conversation with a friend.
At My Dentist Friend, we are committed to providing friendly and approachable
dental care for patients of all ages. Located at the heart of downtown Vineland, we have two goals in mind: protecting New Jersey’s healthy smiles and providing
genuine client interactions. We strive to be a practice where patients aren’t just
numbers.
With that in mind, we, at My Dentist Friend, believe that everyone should receive
dental care regardless of their socioeconomic background.
My Dentist Friend utilizes the latest dental technology practices all fields of dentistry and utilizes the latest dental technology including 3D CBCT and 3D scanners.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
New Jersey Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred)
One year of experience as a dental assistant (Preferred)
Be friendly, outgoing, and motivated
Be team-oriented and have a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Working under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
Providing chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
Charting during the dental examination
Assisting with presenting and/or explaining dental treatment plans
Taking and processing X-rays
Sterilizing and maintaining instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area
Setting up and breaking down operatories
Assisting with supply inventory and ordering
Maintaining a clean and professional office environment
