Dental Assistant wanted

Our growing dental office is in need of a caring, professional and efficient Dental Assistant or LDA with great communication skills to complement our friendly family practice of 37 years. Dr. Brian has just joined our team and we will require another Dental Assistant or LDA. We are willing to train the right candidate and offer the dental radiography module after the general skillset is accomplished. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to, assisting the dentists with all procedures (including surgeries, implants, endo, prostho, restorative, botox, sleep apnea appliances, CBCT scans etc.) greeting & seating patients, reviewing medical history, sterilization of instruments, dental charting, treatment planning, exposing radiographs. Successful candidate must be professional and detail oriented. Must be ready to take on any challenges as they come. Position is not limited to assisting, front desk coordination, treatment management and more room for growth is always an option in our office with our team. We will only be selecting applicants who are looking for a long term career and pay will be largely based on experience and skill. This position is full time Monday to Thursday and 1 Friday per month (the Friday rotated with others). LDA license not required, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Our office is family owned and is not a Corp. People who are not looking for a long term career need not apply. Paid tuition to the radiography module an option with this position. Free dental included. We are largely looking for the right fit with our amazing, positive team.
