Dental Assistant – Full Time
We are a small, family-oriented general dental practice seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a warm, welcoming environment where both patients and team members feel valued.

$24–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during general dental procedures
Taking diagnostic radiographs
Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms
Instrument sterilization and infection control
Assisting with patient education and treatment discussions
Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
Supporting the doctor and team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience required
Maryland Dental Radiology Certification
Current CPR Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
