This is a full-time Monday–Thursday position in a structured, mature dental practice.

Assistants who follow systems and complete training typically earn the equivalent of $23–$26 per hour through combined base and monthly bonuses.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday
Consistent weekly hours
Three-day weekend every week
Responsibilities
· Accurate room preparation
· High-quality radiographs
· Fabrication of temporaries
· Proper isolation and cord packing
· Sterilization accuracy
· Maintaining stocked operatories
· Supporting smooth schedule transitions
· Reinforcing next steps with patients
Ideal Candidate
· Minimum 2 years U.S. dental assisting experience (Required)
· Strong radiographic proficiency
· Organized and dependable
· Professional communicator
· Comfortable in a performance-measured environment
· English required | Spanish preferred
