Overview:
Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Little Schertz! We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday- Friday 7:45am- 5pm, One Saturday a month Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
Qualifications:
TX RDA Certification
CPR
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation: $17-$22/hour About:
