Job Description

We are looking for an amazing dental assistant with an X-ray license. CDA/RDA not needed but is a plus. The position can be part to full time as we are flexible to meet your schedule. Our goal is to always ensure excellent customer service for each and every patient. Most of the time will be spent chair side dental assisting, but we would also like someone who can helping perio chart, do sterile and take xrays. We use Eaglesoft practice management and are a mostly digital office.

We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers in the dental office
Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
Skills
Proven experience as dental assistant 1+ years
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and RELIABLE
High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
X- ray license is needed and comfort with digital xrays!

CDA/RDA would be helpful but not required
Knowledge of Eaglesoft is helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
