Dental Assistant – Join Our Exceptional Dental Team (Northern Virginia)
Are you an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in providing outstanding patient care? We are a well-established, modern private dental practice in Northern Virginia seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

What You'll Do
Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA/CDC infection control protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Manage clinical supplies and help keep the schedule running efficiently
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
Virginia dental radiology certification (required)
Knowledge of digital dentistry and electronic dental records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player with a genuine desire to help patients
