Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Associate to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a positive experience while delivering high-quality treatment. Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards.

Utilize dental imaging technology and medical documentation tools to accurately record patient information in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry setups to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient comfort.

Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to OSHA guidelines for safety and sanitation.

Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative care instructions, and dental terminology to foster understanding and trust.

Skills
Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Dentrix.

Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with specialties like pediatrics, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.

Experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging interpretation.

Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures simply and empathetically.

Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.

Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental diagnosis and treatment planning.

Understanding of medical terminology related to healthcare diagnosis and medical records management.
