Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Associate to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will support our team in providing exceptional patient care, assisting with various dental procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, familiarity with dental software, and a passion for delivering quality dental services. Busy schedule and mentorship will be provided.
Responsibilities
Be comfortable in providing a wide range of dental treatment to patient's including basic restorative work, crown/bridge, root canals, and surgery
Manage patient records accurately using dental software
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient practice operations and excellent patient experiences.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with dental management software such as Tracker is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
Active Provincial Dental License, in good standing with the MDA
CPR certificate
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
