Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Associate!
Our office is a long-standing part of the community with a strong, consistent patient base and a reputation for quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who values efficiency, potential for growth, and a well-supported work environment.

Strong clinical support: 2–3 trained dental assistants scheduled daily, including a dedicated sterilization floater to keep your workflow uninterrupted
Efficient systems: Experienced, organized front desk team ensuring smooth scheduling and patient flow
Modern, fully digital practice: Equipped with panorex as well as up-to-date technology and materials to support endodontic procedures, oral surgery, and invisalign treatment
Well-maintained operatories: Contemporary setup with newer equipment
Busy schedule: Established patient base with consistent demand
6-day operation: Flexibility for potential additional days in the future if desired
Equitable: Allocation of available patient recalls to grow associate patient base as much as possible
Ideal candidate:
Confident in general dentistry procedures, including restorative and endodontics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Communicates clearly with both patients and staff
Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
This position is ideal for an associate looking for a productive, well-run environment where they can focus on dentistry.
Schedule: Wednesday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm each week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$373,495.07 per year
