The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate strong clinical experience and confidence in the following areas:
Comprehensive Dentistry & Treatment Planning
Ability to diagnose beyond the immediate chief complaint
Develop phased, long-term treatment plans
Strong case presentation and patient communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with hygienists and other dental professionals through a co-diagnosis model

Experience with crowns, bridges, and complex restorative treatment

Comfortable identifying orthodontic opportunities during comprehensive examinations
Able to integrate alignment into restorative, functional, and aesthetic treatment planning
Experience with digital scanning and treatment simulation is an asset
Therapeutic Botox
Experience providing therapeutic Botox for appropriate dental indications is strongly preferred
Interest in TMJ disorders, bruxism, clenching, and facial pain management
Additional training in therapeutic Botox is considered a strong asset
Airway & Sleep Apnea Dentistry
Knowledge or clinical experience in airway-focused dentistry
Understanding of obstructive sleep apnea and sleep-disordered breathing
Interest in oral appliance therapy and interdisciplinary sleep care
Ability to recognize airway-related risk factors during comprehensive dental examinations
Interest in collaborating with sleep physicians, sleep clinics, myofunctional therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
Graduate of an accredited Canadian or U.S. dental school
Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Strong comprehensive diagnosis and treatment-planning skills
Strong crown and bridge experience
Proficiency with digital intraoral scanning
Invisalign experience strongly preferred
Therapeutic Botox training and experience considered a strong asset
Airway and sleep dentistry experience considered a strong asset
Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centred care
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth
What We Offer
Established and growing patient base
Modern, fully digital clinical environment

Strong hygiene program with an emphasis on co-diagnosis and comprehensive care
Opportunities to provide Invisalign and advanced restorative treatment
Established interest in TMJ, therapeutic Botox, airway, sleep apnea dentistry, and myofunctional therapy
Collaborative multidisciplinary treatment environment
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Strong continuing education culture
Opportunity to grow clinically within a progressive practice model
Who Will Thrive in This Role
This position is best suited for a dentist who is:
Clinically confident but committed to continued learning

Interested in advanced and interdisciplinary dentistry
Experienced in building trust and long-term patient relationships
Comfortable working with a strong hygiene team and co-diagnosis model
Motivated to grow in restorative, Invisalign, TMJ, airway, and sleep-focused care
