Dental Associate

Build an exceptional dental career while enjoying the lifestyle and lower cost of living of Central Virginia. A growing, well-established private dental practice in the Lynchburg area is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its supportive and highly organized team. This opportunity offers significant earning potential of approximately $300,000–$600,000 per year, depending on production and experience, along with the professional freedom to grow your skills and practice dentistry at a high level. For dentists interested in taking the next step in their careers, practice ownership opportunities are also available.

The practice provides comprehensive general dentistry in a positive, patient-focused environment with an experienced team and strong clinical support. The associate will perform comprehensive examinations and diagnosis, provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry, maintain appropriate patient records, and clearly communicate treatment recommendations and postoperative care. Candidates should be comfortable with general dentistry procedures; experience with extractions, endodontics and other advanced procedures is beneficial.

Central Virginia offers an attractive combination of affordability, family-friendly communities and easy access to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
