Our growing, privately owned dental practice in Canton, TX, is looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our welcoming and patient-focused team! We’re known for delivering compassionate, honest care in a calm, pressure-free environment, and we’re excited to find someone who shares our values.

What You’ll Do:
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Answer phones and manage patient communications
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and assist with billing
Support the clinical team with administrative needs
What We’re Looking For:
Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using dental software
A true team player with a patient-first mindset
