We are seeking a full time Business Assistant to join our front office team. This position is at our brand new building on Lima Road. Our dental office is open Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2pm; this position is full time and would be five days a week. Patient care is our focus and we are searching for the right candidate dedicated to professionalism and excellence.

· Answering the phone

· Managing patient accounts and posting insurance and personal payments
· Checking out patients
· Scheduling
· Other duties as assigned
