In this role, you'll split your time between chairside assisting and front office operations — making you a true cornerstone of our practice. If you love working with children, take pride in delivering great patient experiences, and have the clinical and administrative chops to back it up, we'd love to meet you!

Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, and in person with warmth and professionalism
Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning, financial arrangements, and insurance coordination
Support office organization, inventory management, and equipment maintenance as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in dental assisting preferred
2+ years of experience in a dental office, with exposure to both clinical assisting and dental front office/administrative duties
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
