Dental Business Office Assistant
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are a friendly, established single-doctor dental practice with three full-time hygiene chairs, looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dental Business Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit dental team. Previous dental office experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Provide friendly, professional service to patients
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and information
Assist with insurance and payment-related tasks
Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team
Be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Demonstrate strong communication and customer-service skills
Be comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
Dental office experience is a plus, but not required
