Colonial Family Dentistry – Williamsburg, VA
Colonial Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Business Team Member to join our team. This position requires previous dental office experience and working knowledge of Dentrix.
Our front desk team plays an important role in the patient experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and confident managing scheduling, insurance, and patient communication in a busy dental practice.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients
Verify insurance and submit claims
Collect payments and review treatment estimates
Manage scheduling and maintain productive provider schedules
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year working in a dental office
Dentrix experience required
Experience verifying dental insurance and submitting claims
Knowledge of dental terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
