Our growing dental practice is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who can deliver an exceptional first impression to every patient. You’ll play a key role in managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each patient feels seen, heard, and cared for before they even walk in the door.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering calls with professionalism, empathy, and a smile (even if it’s just in your voice)
Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide clear information about treatment and services
Collaborating with our front office and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Bring:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone presence
1+ dental receptionist experience is required
Comfort with technology, multitasking, and navigating scheduling software
A calm, solution-oriented approach—even under pressure
Bilingual is a plus
