Dental Chairside Assistant

A growing pediatric dental practice in Suffolk, Virginia looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, team-oriented Dental Assistant I.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist in chair side ops such as composite fillings, stainless steel crowns, and extractions.

Take oral radiographs
Sterilization and disinfection procedures
Prepare patients for treatment/seating/positioning chair/placing napkin
Prepare procedural trays and assist chair-side
Chart existing restorations and conditions as instructed by the dentist
Preventive education and oral hygiene instruction
Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Pediatric dental experience is nice to have.
