Job Description
We are looking for a dental receptionist to join our team at our clinic in Calgary. We are looking for the right individual that values team harmony and providing care to patients from an administrative aspect.
Duties
Answer telephones for new and existing patients.
Schedule appointments.
Answer basic dental questions for patients.
Process paper and electronic insurance coverage for patients.
Maintain and organize details about upcoming patient appointments.
Coordinate with the dental team emergency and routine care concerns.
What We Need
Clear communication in a team supported environment.
Knowledge of dental procedures
ClearDent experience preferred.
6 months to 1 year dental clinic experience is required
