We are a growing private periodontal specialty practice with locations in Midtown Atlanta and Sandy Springs, and we’re excited to add another Clinical Assistant to our team.
As our practice continues to grow, we are adding a Dental Clinical Assistant to our team. We’re not looking to fill a seat, we’re looking for the right person who shares our commitment to excellent patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

What We Offer
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Work between our Midtown and Sandy Springs locations

About the Role
As a Dental Clinical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients while supporting our doctors and clinical team.
Our practice provides specialized periodontal care, including periodontal therapy, soft tissue and bone grafting, dental implants, and long-term oral maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide chairside assistance during periodontal procedures and surgeries
Assist with dental implants, grafting procedures, and other specialty treatment
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Complete accurate clinical charting and documentation
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical equipment
Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
Educate patients and provide post-operative instructions
Assist with treatment planning and case presentation
Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly
Work closely with doctors and the front office team to provide seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and a team.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Periodontal or surgical experience is a plus
Dentrix Ascend experience is desirable, but not required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time-management and organizational skills
A professional and positive attitude
The ability to adapt and work comfortably between two locations
A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
