Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
Position Summary
The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality, compassionate dental care, smooth clinic operations, and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible, strengths-based care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
Support patient care through hands-on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
Promote high standards of infection control, safety, and quality across dental operations
Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows, productivity, and patient experience
Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for clinical staff
Help ensure dental supplies, equipment, and treatment areas are well maintained and ready for care
Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for patients and team members
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least two (2) years similar work experience preferred
A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
