Best Value Dentures & Implants Palmetto Bay is looking for a Rock Star Treatment Coordinator and Dental Concierge!

You will be the first face our patients see when they walk through the door AND the person who helps them understand and commit to their treatment plan. Core Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
Mastery of dental insurance verification and billing
Strong customer service and hospitality skills
Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. You are the first and last impression our patients have of our office!
Comfortable discussing financials, collecting payments, and presenting treatment plans
Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and help patients move forward with their care
Must be willing to have comfortable and confident conversations with patients about cost and insurance
Eagerness to follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
Impeccable organization for scheduling, record keeping, and insurance management
A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
