We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Digital Workflow Assistant to join our innovative dental team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, team-oriented assistant who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and wants to grow with an advanced implant practice.

Duties
Assist with chairside procedures by preparing patients and supporting clinicians during digital imaging and restorative processes
Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security
Operate and troubleshoot dental CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems for designing restorations such as crowns, bridges, and implants
Support infection control protocols by maintaining aseptic techniques during digital workflows and laboratory procedures
Facilitate communication between the clinical team and dental laboratories, ensuring accurate transfer of digital impressions and fabrication instructions
Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, medical documentation, and review of medical history for treatment planning
Assist in the preparation and calibration of medical imaging devices, including microscopes and other diagnostic tools
Maintain detailed records of dental fabrication processes, laboratory work, and medical documentation for compliance and quality assurance
Assist during oral surgery and implant procedures Prepare and monitor sedation cases CBCT imaging and digital records Intraoral scanning & photogrammetry Surgical setup and sterilization Assist with digital workflow coordination and lab communication Patient education and post-op instructions Maintain efficient room turnover and surgical flow
Skills
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental practice
Experience with chairside assisting in a dental office setting, including patient assessment and medical documentation
Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for managing patient records securely under HIPAA guidelines
Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology used in dental fabrication for restorations and prosthetics
Understanding of infection control standards, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures in a dental environment
Ability to operate medical imaging equipment accurately while adhering to safety protocols
Laboratory experience related to dental fabrication or prosthetic production is highly desirable
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and techniques for working with children is a plus
