Position Overview
A mission-driven community health organization in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Dental Director to provide clinical leadership across a growing dental program. This role blends hands-on patient care with strategic leadership, mentoring providers, supporting students, and guiding operations across multiple sites.

Compensation & Incentives
Annual Compensation up to $265,000 based on experience
Sign-on bonus and relocation package available

Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and mentor dentists, therapists, and hygienists
Provide clinical care and oversight
Support new graduate mentorship and training
Oversee student rotations and partnerships
Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and strategy
Ensure quality, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
DDS or DMD
Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Passion for team development and coaching
Comfortable balancing clinical + administrative duties
Community health experience a plus (not required)
