We are a fast growing, patient-focused multi-doctor dental practice looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment while providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:
· Providing accurate treatment plans
· Discussing treatment plans and financing with patients
· Scheduling appointments
· Dental receptionist duties
· Maintaining professional and positive patient interactions
· Managing unscheduled treament
· Accurate insurance verification and entry
Qualifications:
· Previous dental front office/reception experience required
· Knowledge of dental insurance and verification processes
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Experience with dental software preferred
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
