Dental Front Desk
Join Our Team
Community Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Dental Front Desk team member to join our nonprofit dental team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion.
Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Collect co-pays, payments, and outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
Coordinate patient flow between providers and the front office.
Assist with patient referrals and follow-up appointments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous dental front desk, dental receptionist, or medical front office experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
