Patient Experience Leader
Welcome patients warmly and professionally
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards
Handle patient concerns with confidence and care
Protect and enhance the practice’s reputation
Schedule & Flow Manager
Strategically manage the doctor and hygiene schedules
Monitor open time and reduce cancellations
Optimize appointment sequencing
Align daily production goals with schedule structure
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Verify insurance accurately
Support treatment presentation and financial arrangements
Monitor collections and accounts receivable
Ensure accurate documentation in practice management software
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional changes in days and/or hours may be required. Schedule may vary based on patient volume and operational needs.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
