About the Role:
Greater Florida Dental Implants Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Leesburg, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice while playing a key role in helping patients achieve life-changing smiles through dental implant solutions.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the daily calendar efficiently
Present dental implant treatment plans and financing options to patients
Follow up with prospective patients and leads to convert consultations into scheduled treatments
Process patient payments, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office
Requirements:
Previous dental front desk or dental office experience strongly preferred, but other front desk and or sales background will be considered.
Sales experience or comfort presenting treatment plans and financing options to patients
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
