Job Description
Craft Smiles in Matthews, NC is looking to add a front office admin to our team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable front office team member to join our growing private dental practice. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing excellent patient service. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude, and we are committed to supporting the right person in their growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office role. Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in and out, answering phones, confirming appointments, scheduling new and existing patients, managing the hygiene schedule, reviewing treatment plans, and helping patients understand dental insurance and financial information. Strong communication skills and the ability to hold a conversation with patients are essential.
