Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling.
Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with office management software (Dentimax)
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
