Responsibilities
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
Coordinate the doctor’s schedule
Confirm appointments
Assist with various front office responsibilities
Adapt to a growing role as our practice continues to evolve
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience preferred (the right candidate will be considered)
Dentrix experience is a plus
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Team player who enjoys helping others
Looking for a long-term opportunity
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
