Job Description
Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Jensen Beach Smiles is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask in a busy dental office, and helps create a welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing the patient schedule and helping keep the day running smoothly
Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient account questions
Collecting payments and reviewing treatment costs with patients
Communicating professionally with patients, clinical staff, and insurance companies
Supporting general front-office and administrative needs
We’re looking for someone who is
Experienced in a dental office required
Open Dental experience is a plus
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
Organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable multitasking and communicating with patients
We are a growing, patient-focused private dental practice looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
