We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Front Desk to join our team in Lowell, MA. Responsibilities:
Patient greeting and check-in.
Appointment scheduling.
Answering incoming calls.
Insurance Verification.
Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
Collecting payments from patients at the time of service and handling cash or credit card transactions.
Providing excellent customer service to patients, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.
