We’re a privately owned, woman-led practice in Fair Lawn, NJ, led by Dr. Yiska Furman. Building lasting relationships, with our patients and with each other is an important part of how we work. At our front desk, you’ll become a familiar person patients trust to answer their questions, help them navigate their care, and make them feel welcome.

You’ll help patients feel cared for from their first phone call through checkout and follow-up. Your experience and attention to detail will help them understand what comes next while keeping the office organized and the day running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing warm, professional service in person and by phone
Scheduling appointments and managing changes to keep the schedule productive
Answering calls, responding to questions, and following up with patients
Helping patients understand treatment plans, estimated costs, insurance benefits, and next steps
Verifying insurance and processing claims
Coordinating with the clinical team to keep patient visits running smoothly
Following up on recommended treatment and helping patients stay on track with care
Keeping patient information and front desk records accurate and organized
What you’ll bring
Previous dental office experience is required
Familiarity with dental scheduling, insurance, and front desk workflows
The ability to explain costs, coverage, and next steps in clear, everyday language
A warm, confident manner with patients, both in person and by phone
An organized, dependable approach and the ability to stay calm when the office gets busy
A willingness to take initiative, support your teammates, and keep learning
Experience with dental software; Dentrix experience is a plus
