About the Role:
We are currently seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Patient & Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and demonstrate the ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Prior dental office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment planning
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing and payments
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with dental office software and general computer applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in treatment coordination or insurance verification
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-person
Day shift
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $27.00– $30.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
