Kids United Pediatric Dentistry – Boca Raton & Coral Springs, FL
Full-Time | $17–$18/hour
Kids United Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, energetic, and organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team.

IMPORTANT: This position works at BOTH our Boca Raton and Coral Springs offices. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between locations based on the practice schedule and coverage needs.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Welcome patients and families
Handle patient check-in and checkout
Schedule new patients and follow up on inquiries
Confirm appointments and help fill schedule openings
Follow up on recalls and unscheduled treatment
Help keep our doctors’ schedules full and productive
Communicate professionally with parents and families
Work between our Boca Raton and Coral Springs locations as scheduled
Support the team with daily front-office and administrative responsibilities
Assist with occasional marketing and community projects as needed

Flexible and willing to work at either office based on the needs of the practice
Reliable transportation between Boca Raton and Coral Springs is required
Dental or medical front-office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
