We’re growing fast — and looking for a positive, organized, and people-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our practice.
About the Role
You’ll be the first and last impression our patients have when they visit us. From a welcoming smile at check-in to helping patients navigate treatment plans, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, friendly, and memorable experience every single day.
What You’ll Do
Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle check-in, check-out, and payment processing with accuracy and care
Verify insurance and assist patients with understanding coverage and costs
Support the clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
What We’re Looking For
A people person with excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
Prior dental or medical office experience is preferred (we’ll train the right candidate!)
A polished, professional, and positive attitude that aligns with our modern, patient-first culture
