RH Orthodontics is a locally owned, family-run orthodontic practice in The Colony, TX. We’re a growing startup office focused on creating confident smiles and making every visit feel easy, comfortable, and fun.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and adaptable Patient Care Coordinator to help support our front office, patient communication, and overall office flow. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit environment.

Because we are still growing, this position requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. On some days, you may be the only team member in the office alongside the doctor, so we’re looking for someone proactive, confident, and able to work independently while creating a warm patient experience.

This role will primarily focus on front office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, patient communication, insurance verification, and supporting consultations. The right person will also be cross-trained to help with basic clinical support as needed.

Qualifications
Dental front office experience preferred
Orthodontic or dental office experience preferred
Insurance verification experience preferred
Treatment coordinator or patient coordinator experience is a plus
RDA license is a plus, but not required
Medical front desk or customer service experience is helpful
Positive attitude and willingness to support the practice wherever needed
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Answering phones, emails, and patient messages
Scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments
Verifying insurance benefits
Supporting new patient consultations and treatment starts
Entering and updating patient information in our practice management system
Cross-training to assist with basic clinical support as needed
Helping keep the office clean, organized, and ready for patients
Supporting the doctor and practice as the office grows
